Deposit Required Feature

You will soon be able to set the status of an invoice to DEPOSIT REQUIRED.

This will add a large orange stamp to the invoice so that your client sees that they must pay a deposit. You can include the deposit amount and any other payment details in the 'Note to Recipient' section (as shown below).

Once the deposit is paid, you can save a payment entry and then the new "Balance Due" will show up. Your client will be able to see that their deposit was processed and both will be able to see the remaining amount due on the invoice.

This new feature will also let you sort your invoices by "Deposit Required" so you can see which clients HAVE and which clients HAVE NOT payed their deposit. Nice!
